目的探讨多曲方丝弓技术(MEAW)矫治恒牙列单侧后牙反(牙合),改善功能性下颌偏斜的疗效。方法选取2007—2010年就诊于山西医科大学口腔医院正畸科门诊的安氏Ⅲ类错牙合伴下颌偏斜患者10例,排齐整平牙列,采用MEAW技术调整后牙在三维方向上的位置,配合双侧不对称的短Ⅱ类和短Ⅲ类牵引,调整上下中线。拍摄矫治前后X线片并进行头影测量分析。结果 10例患者均取得良好矫治效果,矫治后磨牙为中性关系,覆牙合覆盖正常。结论轻度恒牙列单侧后牙反(牙合)患者通过MEAW技术可有效纠正磨牙关系及下颌偏斜。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of multi-curved square arch technique (MEAW) on unilateral posterior teeth anti-occlusion of permanent dentition to improve functional mandibular deviation. Methods From 2007 to 2010, 10 patients with Angle Ⅲ malocclusion and mandibular deviation who visited orthodontic department of Stomatology Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2007 to October 2010 were selected to align dentures. MEAW technique was used to adjust the three-dimensional orientation of posterior teeth Position, with bilateral short asymmetrical short class Ⅱ and type Ⅲ traction, adjust the upper and lower centerline. Filmed before and after X-ray film and cephalometric analysis. Results All the 10 patients achieved good effect of orthodontic treatment. After treatment, the molars were of neutrality and covered with normal occlusion. Conclusion The MEAW technique can effectively correct the molars relationship and mandibular deviation in patients with unilateral posterior crossbite patients with mild permanent dentition.
