龙游黄铁矿年产10万吨的竖井,井口车场由于采用了U型固定车箱和V型侧翻式二种型式的矿车,使地面运输系统复杂化,并对矿石的质量管理,废石卸载的安全可靠都带来了很多问题。为了改变这种状况,我矿组织了力量,旨在统一矿车规格型号,改善劳动条件,提高工效和安全可靠为目的,进行了运输系统的技术改造工作。其中主要是,设计了移动式卸载台车,解决了固定车箱卸废石问题,简化了地面运输系统。该设备(见照片)于1983年2月完成制造,3月份投入使用。经生产实践证明,采用废石卸载机械化比人工卸载安全,并提高工效2倍,减少定员3
