以Lovell砧“石榴红”桃(Garnet Beauty)和自根砧“石榴红”桃为试材,进行桃树栽植密度试验,对果实产量、果个大小、树体生长和修剪用工进行了为期8年的调查,结果表明:草地桃园前3年的产量最高,但是,8年的累计产量以草地桃园或者株距1m的桃园最低。栽距6.1×7.6m至8×6.1m的累计产量无显著差异;但60%以上果实的直径达64mm或更大。与株行距6.1×7.6m或4.6×7.6m相比,栽距为8×6.1m或4.6×6.1m的桃树,其生产效率较低。
The planting density test of peach tree was carried out with Lovell anvil, Garnet Beauty and self-rootstock “garnet red” peach.
