国家安全生产监督管理总局令第66号《食品生产企业安全生产监督管理暂行规定》已经2013年10月14日国家安全生产监督管理总局局长办公会议审议通过,现予公布,自2014年3月1日起施行。局长杨栋梁2014年1月3日第一章总则第一条为加强食品生产企业的安全生产工作,预防和减少生产安全事故,保障从业人员的生命和财产安全,根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》等有关法律、行政法规,制定本规定。第二条食品生产企业的安全生产及其监督管理,适用本规定。农副产品从种植养殖环节进入批发、零售市场或者生产加工企业前的安全生产及其监督管理,不适用本规定。
