本品配制后,稍经贮存,即有大量沉淀产生。究其原因,主要是甘草流浸膏中甘草甜素过酸性后即变成甘草酸而沉淀析出。此外,甘草流浸膏中尚含有大量杂质(如树脂类物质及破碎的甘草组织——孔纹导管等),当加水稀释后,此类物质即缓缓析出沉淀。为了提高药剂质量,消除沉淀,我们将氯化铵甘草合剂处方(系我院协定处方)稍加改变,并改进了操作方法,结果按现法配得的成品,可经久贮存不生沉淀。现将处方及操作方法介绍如下。
