捻制金属帘线时,在钢丝中所产生的应力,对其耐久性和平直度都带来不良的影响,并导致金属帘线的松散。为消除这种应力,在捻制前对股进行预变形。变形装置需要细心的调整,且在股中存在缺陷时,由于摩擦有时毕竟还会发生股的折断。消除绳丝中的捻制应力,所已知的装置和方法对金属帘线也能采用。其中,也包括在绳索生产中采用重复捻紧一松开的方法。综合应用
When twisting a metal cord, the stress generated in the steel wire adversely affects its durability and flatness, and causes looseness of the metal cord. To eliminate this stress, the strands are pre-deformed prior to twisting.
