采用凝聚/沉淀法制备磁性壳聚糖复合微粒(Fe3O4/CS)。研究了制备复合微粒Fe3O4/CS的最佳实验条件。实验表明,复合微粒Fe3O4/CS的最佳制备条件是:Fe3O4与壳聚糖的质量比1∶2,搅拌速度900rpm,NaOH浓度0.75mol/L。并用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱、激光粒度仪、振动样品磁强计对复合微粒Fe3O4/CS进行了表征。样品测试表明,Fe3O4纳米微粒与壳聚糖成功复合,复合后Fe3O4的晶体结构没有受到影响,复合微粒Fe3O4/CS的平均粒径和饱和磁化强度分别是1.2um和57.0emu/g。
Magnetic chitosan composite particles (Fe3O4 / CS) were prepared by coagulation / precipitation method. The optimum experimental conditions for the preparation of composite particles Fe3O4 / CS were studied. The experimental results show that the optimum preparation conditions of composite particles Fe3O4 / CS are as follows: the mass ratio of Fe3O4 to chitosan is 1: 2, the stirring speed is 900rpm and the NaOH concentration is 0.75mol / L. The composite particles Fe3O4 / CS were characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, laser particle size analyzer and vibrating sample magnetometer. The sample tests showed that the composite of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and chitosan was successfully composited. The crystal structure of Fe3O4 was not affected. The average particle size and saturation magnetization of Fe3O4 / CS composite particles were 1.2um and 57.0emu / g, respectively.
