2014年山东省远程研修已经落下帷幕,在这一轮教学打磨的过程中,聆听了几位老师精心准备的课堂,让我受益匪浅,也让我有了自己的一点思考。一、抓住教学本质,培养语文能力《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》指出:“教师在教学过程中应与学生积极互动,共同发展,要处理好传授知识与培养能力的关系。”随着语文课堂的深入研究,很多语文老师都关注了语文能力的培养。培养学生的语文能力,也就是培养学生的听、说、读、写的能力。如在一年级的教学中,授课老师利用课本的插图来培养孩子的观察能力
