在立式铣床上,把立铣头转到一定角度,利用不同直径的立铣刀,可加工出不同直径的内半球形的零件。加工原理如图1所示。工件固定在可回转的转台上,作匀速运动。刀具由立铣头带动,进行切削。刀具和工件之间作相对旋转运动。当铣刀(立铣头)倾斜为α角度,需加工的内半球直径为2R时,可根据下式计算出该选用的铣刀直径(见图2)。sinα=d/2R,d=1.414R如果本单位没有这一规格的立铣刀,则只能选用
