线粒体是生物体最为重要的细胞器之一,对维持人体正常生理功能具有重要的作用,肌肉线粒体功能改变与衰老以及多种疾病的发生和发展相关。传统体外线粒体分离技术常用于检测肌肉线粒体功能,近年来随着高分辨率呼吸运动测量仪的出现,体外线粒体检测方法有了很大的改进。同时磁共振波谱和近红外光谱学等非侵入性方法的应用使活体内肌肉线粒体功能评估成为可能。另外通过检测活体内单个线粒体蛋白合成速率可进一步探究细胞核和线粒体基因编码线粒体蛋白的规律。
Mitochondria is one of the most important organelles in the organism and plays an important role in maintaining the normal physiological function of the body. The changes of muscle mitochondrial function are associated with the aging and the occurrence and development of various diseases. Traditional in vitro mitochondrial separation technology is often used to detect muscle mitochondrial function, in recent years with the advent of high-resolution respiratory motion measuring instrument, mitochondrial in vitro detection methods have been greatly improved. At the same time, the application of noninvasive methods such as magnetic resonance spectroscopy and near infrared spectroscopy makes it possible to evaluate the mitochondrial function in vivo. In addition, by examining the rate of single mitochondrial protein synthesis in vivo, we can further investigate the regularity of the mitochondrial proteins encoded by the nucleus and mitochondrial genes.
