随着经济的快速发展以及全球经济一体化的不断推进,我国的市场竞争形势愈加激烈,很多企业都面临着严峻的考验。环球物流供应链打破了传统的市场竞争规则,成为当今重要经济模式之一。在当前经济形势下,如何通过环球物流供应链采购策略为企业节省成本并增加收入,从而提高其市场竞争能力,是需要采购管理人员重点考虑的问题。文章总结了环球物流供应链采购的基本概念,并针对性地分析了供应链下的采购策略,为后期的采购工作提供参考和借鉴。
With the rapid economic development and the continuous promotion of global economic integration, the market competition in our country is becoming increasingly fierce. Many enterprises are facing severe challenges. Global logistics supply chain broke the traditional rules of market competition and become one of the most important economic models today. Under the current economic situation, how to use the global logistics supply chain procurement strategy to save costs and increase revenue for enterprises so as to enhance their market competitiveness is a key issue for procurement managers. The article summarizes the basic concept of global logistics supply chain procurement, and analyzes the procurement strategy under the supply chain in a targeted manner, providing reference and reference for the later procurement work.
