实验用体重20—25克的昆明种小白鼠。每个实验组雌雄各半。氧化苦参碱系中药苦参(Sophora flavescens Ait)提取的白色针状结晶,熔点162—163℃,临用前生理盐水溶解,并调节PH至中性。~(60)COγ一线500拉德一次全身照射引起外周血细胞数明著下降。照射后第八天白细胞数只及照前水平(10842±2680/mm~3)的24.6%达2671±992/mm~3。如果照射后每天皮下注射氧化苦参碱200mg/kg,连续七天,白细胞数的下降有所减轻,照后第八天的白细胞均数是3325±830/mm~3,为照前的32.7%,给药组与对照组白细胞数经统计学处理P<0.05,差异显著。(见表1)
Experimental Kunming mice weighing 20-25 g were used. Each experimental group was male and female. The white needle-like crystals extracted from Sophora flavescens Ait by the oxymatrine system have a melting point of 162-163°C. They are dissolved in normal saline before use, and the pH is adjusted to neutrality. A total body irradiation of 500 rads of ~(60)CO? On the eighth day after irradiation, the number of leukocytes and the pre-irradiation level (10842±2680/mm~3) were 24.6% to 2671±992/mm~3. If subcutaneous injection of oxymatrine 200 mg/kg every day after irradiation for seven consecutive days, the decrease in the number of white blood cells is reduced, and the average number of white blood cells on the eighth day after exposure is 3325±830/mm~3, which is 32.7% of that before irradiation. The number of white blood cells in the administration group and the control group was statistically P<0.05, and the difference was significant. (See Table 1)
