五保对象是目前社会上最困难、最需要关心和帮助的弱势群体,敬老院是五保老人集中供养的主要场所。做好敬老院心理护理工作,有利于改善农村五保群体的生活状况,对维护农村大局稳定、落实社会保障政策、促进社会和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。本文试从分析敬老院老人心理特点入手,指出开展心理护理途径及策略。
The target of the five guarantees is currently the most disadvantaged group in the society who most need to be concerned about and helped. The nursing home is the main site for centralized support of the elderly with five guarantees. To do a good job in nursing home nursing is conducive to improving the living conditions of rural residents. It is of great significance to safeguarding the overall situation in rural areas, implementing social security policies and promoting social harmony and development. This paper tries to start with analyzing the psychological characteristics of the elderly in nursing homes and points out the ways and strategies of carrying out psychological nursing.
