If you do not have to think about where you are competing in the next five years, and where you are competing, there is a problem with your business. At last week’s World Economic Forum in India, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) released the 2008 BCG100 New Global Challenger "Report. In this report, we have seen 100 successful companies from rapidly developing countries, 41 of which are Chinese. China is the most important member of the 14 countries we have chosen.
