以2009年-2010年3种中等化学教育期刊文献为研究对象,就目前我国中学化学教师的专业化发展中存在的不均衡性和可持续性的特点,从教师自我诉求和职业发展需要相统一、专业发展的阶段性和连续性相统一、理论发展和实践创新相统一等几个方面,阐述对当前化学教师专业化发展的一些认识和思考。
Taking the three kinds of medium chemistry education periodicals from 2009 to 2010 as the research object, the unbalanced and sustainable characteristics of the current professional development of middle school chemistry teachers in China are unified from the teachers’ self-appeals and career development needs. There are several aspects such as the unification of stage and continuity of professional development, the development of theory and the integration of practice and innovation, and some understandings and reflections on the current professional development of chemistry teachers.
