采用组织培养人结膜成纤维细胞,观察了匹罗卡品和噻吗心安眼水及其分别所含防腐剂尼泊金和新洁尔灭对细胞生长的影响。结果显示,0.5%匹罗卡品眼水、0。015%尼泊金溶液、0.25%噻吗心安眼水、0.005%新洁尔灭液作用于细胞30分钟即有变性变化,24小时左右大部分细胞死亡;而无防腐剂的药液,0.5%匹罗卡品液、0.25%噻吗心安液及对照组则细胞生长良好。药物作用24小时后的活细胞计数表明,防腐剂对细胞生长显著抑制。提示应用眼药水治疗眼前节原发性疾病时,不能忽略药液中某些成分对眼组织细胞的毒性作用。
Cultured human conjunctival fibroblasts were used to observe the effects of pilocarpine and timolol and their preservatives, nipagin and benzalkonium bromide, on cell growth.
