通过分析和预测水资源对于山东省的发展水平的限制程度和山东省经济发展对于水资源的响应,提出了实现山东省可持续发展的建议。以当前利用水平预测,山东省农业水资源利用持续度在2010年为70%,工业发展水资源利用持续度在2010年为70%,应依靠技术提高发展水平,对水价运用帕累托改进,实现可持续发展。
By analyzing and predicting the degree of restriction of water resources on the level of development in Shandong Province and the economic development of Shandong Province in response to water resources, this paper puts forward some suggestions to realize the sustainable development in Shandong Province. Based on the current utilization level, the sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources in Shandong Province was 70% in 2010 and the sustainability of industrial development water use was 70% in 2010.
