一、什么叫数字式积分器? 我们知道,色谱仪是以色谱峰的形式(检测器的输出电压或电流以时间为参变量的函数形式)来定性地和定量地表示被分析物质的。用“保留时间”的大小作为对被分析物质中的各组份定性分析的参量,用色谱峰的面积大小作为对被分析物质中各组份定量分析的参量,即色谱峰的面积代表着组份的含量。所以,求组份的含量就归结为求色谱峰的面积问题了。在有的情况下,也用色谱峰的高度来定量。
