盐胁迫下大麦叶片中K+含量下降,Na+含量上升,K+/Na+比下降,叶绿素含量下降,超氧阴离子(O-·2)和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量上升,液泡膜H+-ATPase活性下降。叶绿素含量下降与丙二醛(MDA)、H2O2、O-·2含量及电导率的上升呈极显著负相关,液泡膜H+-ATPase活性下降与H2O2、O-·2含量的上升亦呈极显著负相关。说明盐胁迫下活性积累可能是加速叶绿素降解和伤害液泡膜功能的主要原因之一。
Under salt stress, K + content of barley decreased, Na + content increased, K + / Na + ratio decreased, chlorophyll content decreased, contents of superoxide anion (O.2) and H2O2 increased, vacuolar H + -ATPase activity decreased . Indicating that the activity of salt accumulation under stress may be accelerated chlorophyll degradation and injury of tonoplast function of the main reasons.
