西顿巴斯矿井使用特殊型材的标准支护结构,一般都不能保证在复杂矿山地质条件下掘进的巷道所需要的稳定性。这些支护在矿井建设期间就已发生变形和破坏,而在生产期间不得不重新对巷道进行多次支护。发生这种情况的主要原因是,在设计标准拱形支架时没有考虑到支架周围荷载分布的特点。在这些矿井中掘进和支护巷道的经验证明,在大多数情况下,巷道侧壁和底板产生大荷载,因此支柱产生塑性变形,致使支架的总体承载能力降低。
The use of standard profiles with special profiles for the Sidon Bath mine generally does not guarantee the stability required for tunneling under complex mine geological conditions. These supports have been deformed and destroyed during mine construction, and have to be re-supported several times during production. The main reason for this is that the design of the standard arched bracket does not take into account the characteristics of the load distribution around the bracket. Experience in tunneling and supporting roadways in these mines has shown that in most cases large loads are applied to the side walls and floor of the roadway, so that the pillars are plastically deformed and the overall carrying capacity of the cradle is reduced.
