本文给出了研制型电子设备,既能做到一次成功,又能做到稳定可靠。第一部分给出了一次成功的原则和措施。第二部分给出了提高可靠性的有效途径,即三次可靠性预计、三次可靠性设计、三种可靠性试验、三级鉴定(包括可靠性评审鉴定)。第三部分给出应用实例,现场试验数据表明我们研制出的设备,用户满意,使用放心,能一次成功,能稳定可靠地工作。
This article gives the development of electronic equipment, both to achieve a successful, but also be stable and reliable. The first part gives a successful principle and measure. The second part gives an effective way to improve the reliability, namely three reliability prediction, three reliability design, three reliability tests, three levels of authentication (including the reliability assessment appraisal). The third part gives the application example, the field test data show that we developed the device, user satisfaction, ease of use, to a successful, stable and reliable work.
