家兔经标准桡骨骨折造模,给予益气化瘀剂治疗并用生理盐水作对照,分别在骨折后5天、12天、20天、27天和36天取材进行组织一般结构、组织亚微结构观察以及生化测定,结果表明,益气化瘀剂能明显提高巨噬细胞趋化和吞噬能力,加速断端坏死组织的吸收,增强成纤维细肥、骨内膜成骨细胞的活力,促进断端修复组织中胶原合成的质量.最终基本能使骨折愈合提前完成一个病理修复过程。
The rabbits were modeled by standard tibial fractures and treated with Yiqi Huatan, and normal saline was used as a control. Tissues were harvested at 5 days, 12 days, 20 days, 27 days, and 36 days after fractures for general structure and tissue submicrostructure. Observed and biochemically determined, the results showed that Yiqi Huayu agent can significantly increase the chemotaxis and phagocytosis capacity of macrophages, accelerate the absorption of necrotic tissues at fractured ends, and increase the viability of fibroblasts and osteoblasts in osteoblasts. The quality of the collagen synthesis in the repaired tissue will eventually enable the fracture healing to complete a pathological repair process in advance.
