众所周知:V 型块具有结构简单、制造容易、定位稳定、精度高等特点,因此,不但常用于作精密机床和精密仪器的导轨,而且还广泛地用于精密测量工作,例如,可用于测量圆柱和圆球的直径与棱圆度测量等等。这里介绍利用 V 型块与正弦尺配合进行圆锥角的测量和在 V 型块上进行锥体轴心线校平的方法。1.在 V 型块中测量锥体角度图1为利用正弦尺与 V 型块配合测量锥体角度的情形。设垫入块规高度 H_θ时,指示器在锥体的上表面 A、B 两处的读数相同,则按正弦尺条件有如下关系,H_θ=Lsinθ。(1)式中 L——正弦尺两圆柱中心的距离;θ_0——正弦尺上工作面相对平台工作面的倾角。
As we all know, V-blocks are simple, easy to manufacture, stable in position and high in precision. They are therefore not only used as guide rails for precision machine tools and precision instruments, but also widely used for precision measurement, for example, Ball diameter and roundness measurement, and so on. Here is the use of V-shaped block and the sine scale with the cone angle measurement and the cone-shaped V-shaped block on the centerline leveling method. 1. Measurement of cone angle in V-block Fig. 1 shows the measurement of cone angle using sine scale and V-block. Suppose the height of the block is H_θ, the indicator has the same readings on the upper surface A and B of the cone, then the relationship of the sine-foot size has the following relationship, H_θ = Lsinθ. (1) where L - the distance between the center of two sinusoidal rulers; θ_0 - the inclination of the working face relative to the platform working face on the sine ruler.
