为了探讨不同尘肺期别生存过程的差异,以制定积极有效的医疗保健措施,为减少合并症,延长寿命,提高生命质量提供依据。采用寿命表和Kaplan-Meier法估计生存率,采用Log Rank对各组生存曲线分布是否相同进行检验,对1224例尘肺患者进行生存分析。结果表明,尘肺患者的累积中位数生存时间为23.8 a;Ⅱ期的平均晋期年限为5.5 a,Ⅲ期的平均晋期年限为8.8 a;相同的生存时间,Ⅰ期尘肺患者的累积生存率>Ⅱ期尘肺患者的累积生存率>Ⅲ期尘肺患者的累积生存率,而Ⅲ期尘肺患者的累积生存率明显较Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期低,说明相同的生存时间,Ⅲ期尘肺患者能存活的可能性较Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期小。提示,预防和延缓尘肺晋期是延长患者生存时间的关键。
