目的对火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定碱式碳酸铋中铜含量的测量不确定度进行分析和评价。方法对各测定环节的不确定度分量进行量化分析和评估,找出影响不确定度的主要因素。结果计算出各变量的不确定度,给出测定结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结论火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定碱式碳酸铋中铜含量的扩展不确定度为5.2%(k=2)。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the uncertainty of measurement of copper in bismuth subcarbonate by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods Quantitative analysis and evaluation of the uncertainty component of each measurement link to find out the main factors affecting the uncertainty. Results The uncertainty of each variable was calculated and the extended uncertainty and confidence level of the measurement results were given. Conclusion The flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of copper in bismuth subcarbonate has an extended uncertainty of 5.2% (k = 2).
