影响城轨交通建设的因素包括投资造价因素、环保因素、工程技术因素、经济发展水平因素、人口数量因素等,其中,最为重要的因素是如何控制和降低城轨交通造价。我国有百万以上人口的城市34座,超过200万人口的大城市11座,其中,约有20座城市拟定了城轨交通发展规划,总规划里程达到了2200公里。按单位造价7亿元估算,尚需建设资金3665.41亿元。巨额的建设资金已成为城市轨道交通事业发展的一大障碍。
The factors influencing the construction of urban rail transit include investment cost, environmental protection, engineering and technical factors, economic development and population, among which the most important factor is how to control and reduce the cost of urban rail transit. China has 34 cities with a population of over 1 million and 11 metropolitan cities with more than 2 million inhabitants. Of these, about 20 cities plan the development of urban rail transit with a total planned mileage of 2,200 kilometers. According to the unit cost of 700 million yuan estimates, still need to build 366.541 billion yuan of funds. A huge amount of construction funds has become a major obstacle to the development of urban rail transit.
