Many geniuses are overwhelmed by history and people need to rediscover and reevaluate. One of Russia’s constituents, Jacob Chernikov, is such a person. In 1979, a “Paris-Moscow Exhibition” was held at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. It re-evaluated the art movement of Europe during the first third of the 20th century. The sprout of modern art movements began to appear at the beginning of the 20th century. Its period of prosperity was in the post-war German Weimar Republic and the post-revolutionary Soviet Union.
