目的了解南通船舶修造业职业病危害情况,提出船舶修造业职业病防治对策。方法选取辖区范围内20家较大规模船舶修造企业进行职业卫生调查。结果船舶修造企业中存在的职业病危害因素繁多,接触职业病危害人数众多,应为职业病危害严重的企业。国有企业、外资企业的职业健康监护情况明显好于股份制企业、私营企业;离岗体检普遍未得到重视,离岗时平均体检率仅为20.9%,建设项目“三同时”情况、外包工的健康监护情况均存在较大问题。结论该市船舶修造业职业卫生状况不容乐观,加强该行业的职业卫生研究和管理迫在眉睫。
Objective To understand the situation of occupational diseases in Nantong shipbuilding industry and put forward the countermeasures of prevention and control of occupational diseases in shipbuilding industry. Methods Twenty major large shipbuilding enterprises within the scope of jurisdiction were selected for occupational health survey. Results There are many hazards of occupational diseases in shipbuilding enterprises. There are many hazards in occupational diseases exposure and should be serious enterprises with serious occupational diseases. Occupational health monitoring of state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises was significantly better than that of joint-stock enterprises and private-owned enterprises. The physical examination of off-job workers was generally ignored. The average medical examination rate was only 20.9% when leaving the job. The construction project was under the condition of “three simultaneous” Health care situation there is a big problem. Conclusion The shipbuilding industry in the city’s occupational health status is not optimistic, and it is imperative to strengthen occupational health research and management in this industry.
