以水稻盆载试验结果为参比项,对中、酸性土壤速效磷常用的测定方法进行比较研究.结果表明,Mehlich—Ⅲ法和Olsen法测定值与水稻总吸磷量有很好的相关性,对27个土壤样本分析亦表明,诸法提取磷量彼此都有很好的相关性,提取能力以Mehlich—Ⅲ法最强,其次是Olsen法和Bray—Ⅱ法,Mehlich—Ⅲ法的精密度较Olsen法要高.Mehlich—Ⅲ法对中、酸性土壤速效磷测定显示出许多优点.
The rice pot test results as a reference item, the medium and acidic soil available phosphorus commonly used determination methods were compared.The results show that, Mehlich-Ⅲ method and Olsen measured values and total phosphorus uptake has a good correlation . The analysis of 27 soil samples also showed that the amount of phosphorus extracted by each method had good correlation with each other. The extraction ability was the strongest by Mehlich-Ⅲ method, followed by Olsen method and Bray-Ⅱ method, the precision of Mehlich-Ⅲ method Degree higher than the Olsen method.Mehlich-Ⅲ method for the determination of acid soil available phosphorus showed many advantages.
