近年来,我国政府高度重视食品安全方面的监管,陆续出台并实施了一些相关法律法规,针对食品安全的监管力量也逐步加强。然而在这样的大背景下,食品安全形势依然严峻,食品安全事件依然频频爆出,食品安全监管的实际执行效果并不理想。本文结合德宏州实际,遵循《食品安全法》提出的“社会共治”原则,试图在加强和完善社会监管方面探索更有效的机制,使政府、公众、社会组织、新闻媒体等各方面共同形成监管合力,以期食品安全监管取得更好的效果。
In recent years, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the supervision of food safety and successively promulgated and implemented some relevant laws and regulations, and the regulatory power for food safety has also been gradually strengthened. However, against such a backdrop, the food safety situation is still grim. The food safety incidents are still frequent and the actual implementation of food safety regulation is not satisfactory. Based on the actual situation of Dehong Prefecture and following the principle of “social co-governance” put forward in the “Food Safety Law”, this article attempts to explore more effective mechanisms in strengthening and improving social supervision so that the government, the public, social organizations and the news media Aspects together form a regulatory force, with a view to food safety regulation achieved better results.
