针对基于正交合成分度方法的螺栓节点球数控加工技术,介绍了在Microstation CAD软件支撑下,采用交互式图形输入方法,实现网架螺栓节点球数控加工自动编程的基本过程。探讨了基于Microstation的加工单元几何信息提取的方法,并在实践中得到应用。
Aimed at the ball joint NC machining based on orthogonal composition indexing method, this paper introduced the basic process of NC programming of the ball joint node ball by using the interactive graphic input method supported by Microstation CAD software. The method of extracting geometric information of machining unit based on Microstation is discussed and applied in practice.
