益肺通络方对低氧性肺血管重建大鼠无肌型肺小动脉肌化的影响

目的:观察益肺通络方对低氧性PVR大鼠无肌型肺小动脉血管重建的影响。方法:采用气管注入脂多糖联合烟熏法建立COPD大鼠模型,并叠加低氧建立PVR大鼠模型。60只Wistar大鼠随机分成空白、模型、实验高、中、低剂量5组,每组12只,空白、模型组生理盐水灌胃,实验组按高剂量(含药1.5 g/m L)、中剂量(含药1.0 g/m L)、低剂量(含药0.5 g/m L)益肺通络方煎剂灌胃。4、5、6周3个时点取材,计算3型肺小动脉百分比。结果:3型肺小动脉百分比,空白组各时点无明显改变(4周≈5周≈6周),模型组无肌型动脉呈减少趋势(4周>5周>6周),部分肌型动脉呈增加趋势(4周<5周<6周),0~4周无肌型动脉减少快,4~6周减少慢。无肌型动脉百分比,实验组各时点变化趋势均同模型组,组内分析,4周~6周比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各时点组间比较,均表现为模型组<实验低剂量组<实验中剂量组<实验高剂量组<空白组,各实验组与模型组比较,各实验组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肺通络方能抑制慢性低氧PVR大鼠肌型肺小动脉中膜增殖,且存在量效关系。 Objective: To observe the effects of Yifei Tongluo Prescription on the non-muscular pulmonary arterial remodeling in hypoxic PVR rats. Methods: COPD rat model was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide and smoked method, and PVR rat model was established by superimposing hypoxia. Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank, model, experimental high, medium and low dose groups of 5, 12 in each group. The rats in the model group were given normal saline. The rats in the experimental group were given high dose (1.5 g / m L) Medium dose (containing 1.0 g / m L), low dose (containing 0.5 g / m L) Yifei Tongluo decoction intragastrically. 4,5,6 weeks 3 points drawn, calculate the type 3 pulmonary arterioles percentage. Results: The percentage of type 3 pulmonary arterioles was not significantly changed in the blank group (4 weeks ≈ 5 weeks ≈ 6 weeks), the model group showed no trend of decrease in the type of arteries (4 weeks> 5 weeks> 6 weeks) Arteries showed an increasing trend (4 weeks <5 weeks <6 weeks), 0 to 4 weeks no reduction of muscular arteries, 4 to 6 weeks to reduce the slow.
