目的:观察益肺通络方对低氧性PVR大鼠无肌型肺小动脉血管重建的影响。方法:采用气管注入脂多糖联合烟熏法建立COPD大鼠模型,并叠加低氧建立PVR大鼠模型。60只Wistar大鼠随机分成空白、模型、实验高、中、低剂量5组,每组12只,空白、模型组生理盐水灌胃,实验组按高剂量(含药1.5 g/m L)、中剂量(含药1.0 g/m L)、低剂量(含药0.5 g/m L)益肺通络方煎剂灌胃。4、5、6周3个时点取材,计算3型肺小动脉百分比。结果:3型肺小动脉百分比,空白组各时点无明显改变(4周≈5周≈6周),模型组无肌型动脉呈减少趋势(4周>5周>6周),部分肌型动脉呈增加趋势(4周<5周<6周),0~4周无肌型动脉减少快,4~6周减少慢。无肌型动脉百分比,实验组各时点变化趋势均同模型组,组内分析,4周~6周比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各时点组间比较,均表现为模型组<实验低剂量组<实验中剂量组<实验高剂量组<空白组,各实验组与模型组比较,各实验组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肺通络方能抑制慢性低氧PVR大鼠肌型肺小动脉中膜增殖,且存在量效关系。 Objective: To observe the effects of Yifei Tongluo Prescription on the non-muscular pulmonary arterial remodeling in hypoxic PVR rats.
