本文结合杭州叉车厂CIMS工程应用项目,构造了一种基于知识推理的创成式CAPP专家系统原型,提出工艺过程三次排序的方法解决工步优化问题;同时采用关系型数据库(RDB)管理技术、开放式数据库互连技术(ODBC),为CAPP与CAD、NCP(数控编程)的集成提供数据库通信接口.
In this paper, a prototype of CAPP expert system based on knowledge reasoning is constructed according to the project of CIMS project in Hangzhou Forklift Truck Factory. The method of three-step sorting process is proposed to solve the problem of step optimization. At the same time, RDB management technology is adopted, Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) provides a database communication interface for the integration of CAPP with CAD and NCP (Numerical Control Programming).
