We developed a micro-computer program that is useful for understanding the effects of insulin-dependent dllabets mellitus (IDDM) on Intensifled Conventional (ICT) in intensive insulin therapy. Therefore, we use a blood glucose monitor that can be used to run the program via a microcomputer and find it helpful to pass tests as information for clinical judgment. This information includes the optimal insulin dose and working time required for IDDM patients. The procedure was based on a statistical measure of the impact of blood glucose distribution on the impulse response of a given dose of insulin injected, while measuring the level of blood glucose nine days in a row. This information is objective because it can be proven mathematically and at the same time is practical because it is derived from an insulin sensor that analyzes and summarizes a variety of insulin effects.
