测定了糠醛—水、水—醋酸丁酯两个二元体系及醋酸丁酯—糠醛—水三元体系在不同温度下的液液平衡数据,由所测数据推算出三元体系UNIQUAC方程的模型参数,并证明了UNIQUAC方程可以较好地关联醋酸丁酯—糠醛—水体系的液液平衡。以UNIQUAC方程为模型,运用微机模拟计算了以醋酸丁酯为溶剂,萃取分离糠醛水溶液的分离结果,结果表明,在理论板数N=15时,糠醛收率达98.2%,证明醋酸丁酯是比较合适的萃取溶剂,为糠醛生产工艺改造提供了理论依据。
The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of two binary systems of furfural-water, water-butyl acetate and butyl acetate-furfural-water ternary system at different temperatures were determined. Based on the measured data, the model of the UNIQUAC equation Parameters, and proved that the UNIQUAC equation can be well correlated with the liquid-liquid equilibrium of the butyl acetate-furfural-water system. Using UNIQUAC equation as a model, the separation results of the furfural aqueous solution extracted with butyl acetate were calculated by computer simulation. The results showed that the yield of furfural was 98.2% when the theoretical plate number was N = 15. It was proved that butyl acetate was The more suitable extraction solvent provides a theoretical basis for the furfural production process modification.
