巨大裂孔的视网膜脱离(简称巨孔网脱),临床并不少见,我院网脱科从1985年1月～1988年12月,共收治区孔网脱15例(15眼),为同期网脱总数的1.8%。其中手术治疗13例,成功10例(76.2%),失败3例(23.8%)。现将情况分析如下。临床资料1.性别与年龄:男性13例,女性2例;年龄最小6岁,最大57岁,平均29岁。2.眼别及外伤史。右眼8例,左眼7例,其中双眼网脱5例;10例有明显外伤史。3.屈光状态:高度近视(-6.00D以
Retinal detachment of a huge hole (referred to as the giant hole net off), clinical is not uncommon, our hospital off the net from January 1985 to December 1988, a total of 15 cases of intrauterine mesh removed 15 cases (15 eyes), for the same period 1.8% off the total number.
