当前,我国经济飞速发展,城镇化进程大大加快。由此带动了大量的建筑工程的不断快速的发展,大量的基础设施建设层出不穷,与此同时,大量工业、交通、商业等等市场的需求也将随之兴起。所以对建筑工程的要求就会在高效、高能、高产上有更多新的要求。文章结合近几十年来我国建筑行业领域内民房建筑施工管理工作开展中的一些发展状况,合理分析了该行业领域内发展过程中的一些问题和突出矛盾,试图探索问题解决的有效合理科学的途径。
At present, the rapid economic development in our country has greatly accelerated the process of urbanization. Therefore, the requirements of the construction project will be more efficient, high-energy, high yield have more new requirements. Combining with some developments in the construction management of private houses in the field of construction industry in recent decades, the article analyzes some problems and highlights contradictions in the process of development in this field reasonably, and attempts to explore an effective and scientific approach to problem solving .
