采用人关节滑膜细胞体外培养的方法,研究甲基强的松龙对滑膜细胞生物学特性的影响。结果发现:细胞接触甲基强的松龙在20天、20-80微克/毫升条件下,细胞的分裂速度明显加快,细胞外基质蛋白质分泌减少,形态由梭形向多角形转变,电镜下细胞内骨骼由发达转为不发达,细胞内开始合成胶原纤维,细胞内发达的粗面内质网和线粒体说明细胞并非处于退变。此外,本实验证明细胞接触药物时间较短不能改变细胞的生物学性状。
