2017年5月15日,财政部正式发布《资产评估行业财政监督管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),该《办法》是财政部根据《中华人民共和国资产评估法》(以下简称《资产评估法》)第三十九条“国务院有关评估行政管理部门组织制定评估基本准则和评估行业监督管理办法”的要求制定并发布的,在对资产评估行业进行财政监督管理,促进资产评估行业健康发展方面具重大意义。
