石油氧化皂(POS)能在很宽的活性剂浓度范围及矿化度范围内与大庆原油产生超低界面张力。在POS中加入少量石油磺酸盐表面活性剂ORS或B-100(美国Witco公司和Stepan公司出品),使体系产生超低界面张力所需的矿化度大大降低.POS与ORS和B-100等表面活性剂复配,表现出很好的协同效应;复配体系产生超低界面张力的碱度范围和矿化度范围比单纯ORS要宽;复配体系的活性剂成本大大低于仅用ORS的体系。
Petroleum oxide soap (POS) produces ultra-low interfacial tension with Daqing crude oil over a wide range of active agent concentrations and salinities. The addition of a small amount of petroleum sulfonate surfactant ORS or B-100 (manufactured by Witco and Stepan, U.S.A.) to the POS significantly reduces the degree of salinity required for the system to produce ultra-low interfacial tension. POS and ORS and B-100 surfactants showed good synergistic effect. The alkalinity range and salinization range of ultra-low interfacial tension of complex system were wider than those of pure ORS.
