泄洪洞泄流能力计算的结果,是水库水利计算及泄洪建筑物设计的重要依据。在流量系数(μ)、(μ。)值的正确计算和合理选择对工程的设计、投资以及安全运行都具有重要的意义。本文通过几个工程设计时对流量系数(μ)的计算值与模型试验值的对比分析认为,计算所用(μ)值均比模型试验值或原型观测的结果为小,这对泄洪运用是偏于安全的。但如果选取过小,在结构尺寸上满足不了消能要求。因此,通过对省内几个大中型水库泄洪洞的设计与试验结果进行了整理分析与比较,建议在(μ)值的计算选择上应不小于5%为宜。
