加强高校人才创新能力培养是社会和时代发展的需要,同时也是高校人才培养改革的需要。本文以高校英语专业为例,分析了英语专业人才培养过程中,创新创业能力的缺失和制约英语专业学生创新创业培养的原因,对高校英语专业如何建构和完善大学生创新创业能力的培养体系提出了以下设想:明确人才培养目标;在教学中侧重选择适合训练提高创新创业能力的教学内容和教学模式;促进学生积极主动学习,加强创新创业实践活动指导,培养大学生的创新创业精神、创新创业思维以及创新创业技能。
It is necessary for the development of the society and the times to strengthen the training of innovative talents in colleges and universities as well as the need for the reform of personnel training in colleges and universities.
