用三元络合荧光法对产于青藏高原的蕨麻中锗含量进行了测定，该法的线性范围为２×１０－８～８×１０－６／ｍｌ，回收率为９３．７５％，最低检测限为７．５９×１０－９／ｍｌ。
The content of germanium in fern produced in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was determined by ternary complex fluorescence method. The linear range of this method was 2 × 10-8 ~ 8 × 10-6 / ml, the recovery was 93.75% The minimum detection limit is 7.59 × 10-9 / ml.
