介绍了以氯化稀土料液为原料、磷酸为沉淀剂生产磷酸钇铈的工艺,研究了影响稀土收率和磷酸钇铈中心粒径的因素,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,当沉淀温度约80℃、沉余液中磷酸浓度约0.12mol/L时,所得产品的稀土收率较高;通过控制单锅产量和合理使用搅拌,并采用适当的煅烧条件,可生产出中心粒径大小在一定范围内的磷酸钇铈产品;适当控制工艺条件,可批量生产出中心粒径约为3~10μm的磷酸钇铈产品,且其稀土收率均达到了90%以上。
The process of producing yttrium cerium phosphate by using rare earth chloride solution as raw material and phosphoric acid as precipitating agent was introduced. The factors influencing the yield of rare earth and the center particle size of yttrium cerium phosphate were studied and the optimum technological conditions were determined. The results show that when the precipitation temperature is about 80 ℃ and the concentration of phosphoric acid in the remaining solution is about 0.12mol / L, the rare earth yield of the obtained product is high.
