该矿床的矿石可分为以细脉为主和以浸染为主的两种矿石。在细脉为主的矿石中主要的矿物是铜和金,伴生元素是银和钼。以浸染为主的矿石(25%)与闪长岩共同产出,具有浸染矿物在细脉之上的特点。其中钼的含量比细脉为主的矿石中含量高得多。为进行半工业性试验共采取三个矿样、每个试样重1500吨: 矿样Ⅰ——是以细脉为主的矿石,具有全区铜品位的代表性,并限在云母长石地带采取的。矿样2——在铜品位为边界品位的条件下,代表矿床大部分矿化云母闪长岩矿石。
