介绍了柴油机燃用柴油-甲醇-水复合乳化燃料消烟作用的研究。采用全气缸取样系统研究了柴油机燃用复合乳化燃料和纯柴油时缸内微粒生成历程。试验结果表明:复合乳化燃料的缸内微粒生成量和排放量明显低于纯柴油,其生成量的最大值降低了40.7%,排放量减少29.8%。作者首次通过试验手段,探明了乳化燃料在柴油机燃烧过程中微粒生成量的变化过程,揭示了复合乳化燃料缸内微粒生成量的大幅度下降是柴油机烟度降低的关键原因。
This paper introduces the research on the smoke-removing effect of diesel-diesel-methanol-water composite emulsified fuel. The whole-cylinder sampling system was used to study the generation of particles in the cylinder when the diesel fuel was combusted with the compound emulsion fuel and pure diesel fuel. The experimental results show that the generation and emission of the composite emulsion fuel in the cylinder are obviously lower than that of the pure diesel, the maximum generation of the compound emulsion fuel is reduced by 40.7% and the emission is reduced by 29.8%. The author for the first time through the test means that the process of emulsion fuel combustion in the process of the formation of particles in the process of change, revealing the compound emulsion fuel cylinder particulate matter is a substantial reduction in the engine smoke is the key reason for reducing smoke.
