经济的发展和人们思想观念的变化,使得电力企业的薪酬管理越来越敏感,员工不单对薪酬待遇提出更高的要求,更渴望企业能重视他们自身的价值。目前,电力企业薪酬管理存在的问题主要有:绩效考核体系落后。目前的绩效考核体系严重制约着电力企业薪酬管理水平的提高,尤其是考核内容和考核方式已远远落后于当前的经济发展水平,使得薪酬对员工的激励功能得不到有效地发挥,既不能改善员工的工作态度,也不能提高员工的工作效率。
