改革的脚步,从来就不是匀速的、直线的——徐德志的人生轨迹亦然如是。任何历史都是当代史,任何人的命运都连接着国家的命运。徐德志曲曲折折40多年的外经贸生涯,堪称广东乃至中国外经贸历史的缩影。在1983年至1998年他担任广东省外贸局副局长、广东省外经贸委副主任和主任、中国贸促会广东分会会长的16年期间,他更是亲历了波澜壮阔的广东外经贸体制改革探索,成为广东外经贸领域举足轻重的风云人物。
