本文旨在确证硫霉素是一个新的、有效的,广谱β-内酰胺抗生素,进一步提供硫霉素与最近使用的抗生素羧苄青霉素,羧噻吩青霉素,羟氨苄青霉素,以及与正在研制的PC-904(apalcillin)、硫苯咪唑青霉素(mezlocillin),苯咪唑青霉素(azlocillin)和氧哌嗪青霉素(piperacillin)比较的资料。采用微量连续稀释法测定了临床分离的266株阴性细菌和58株阳性细菌。以耐25μg/ml或25μg/ml以上的青霉素G的金黄色葡萄球菌作为青霉素G的耐药菌,以能为0.10μg/ml或更低浓度所抑制菌株,作为青霉素G的敏感菌株。
The purpose of this paper is to confirm that thiophanmycine is a new and effective, broad-spectrum β-lactam antibiotic that further provides for the combination of the antibiotics carbothymycin, cefotaxime, amoxicillin, as well as with the newly developed PC-904 (apalcillin), mezlocillin, azlocillin and piperacillin. A total of 266 negative bacteria and 58 positive bacteria were isolated by micro-serial dilution method. Staphylococcus aureus resistant to penicillin G of 25μg / ml or more was selected as the resistant strain of penicillin G and used as a sensitive strain of penicillin G at a concentration of 0.10μg / ml or lower.
