学生是教学活动的主体,一切富有成效的教学都离不开学生积极主动的参与。从这个意义上讲,学生是否具有强烈的学习动机是各种有效的教学对策实施的前提。另一方面,教学活动又是师生双方互动的过程,学生的积极参与又可以激发教师的教学热情,进而提高教学效果和教学质量。因此,学习动机水平的高低与学生学习成绩好坏、教师教学效果高低都有密切关系。研究学生学习动机的形成与发展,对提高教学质量、提高学生学习成绩都将大有裨益。
Students are the main body of teaching activities, all effective teaching can not be separated from the students take the initiative to participate. In this sense, whether students have a strong motivation to learn is a prerequisite for the implementation of various effective teaching strategies. On the other hand, teaching activities are the process of mutual interaction between teachers and students. The active participation of students can arouse teachers’ enthusiasm for teaching and further improve teaching effectiveness and teaching quality.
